Mr Alex Fantoon is a seasoned investor and valuation expert with 20 years of experience in the financial sector. He holds an active California broker’s license, along with the prestigious CCIM and MAI designations. Additionally, Mr. Fantoon is an approved instructor for the Appraisal Institute, demonstrating his deep knowledge and expertise in the field. Before co-founding MAG Capital Partners in 2015, he specialized in complex valuations of unconventional developments, mixed-use properties, financial advertising, niche and special-use assets as an MAI Appraiser. Mr. Fantoon earned his Bachelor degree in business and financial study from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, he is dedicated to his family, church, and community, making a positive impact in California and beyond

Scarlett Bekky

Company Accountant

oversees the company’s accounting function. Having started her career in public accounting at Big 4 firm Deloitte, she focused on tax compliance and consulting for closely held businesses and families.
Scarlett has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 10 years and has a diverse background in both accounting and wealth management. She formed datemate Vitae LLC to provide data management and accounting solutions to real estate owners and other entrepreneurs.

Lura Jane

Chief Investment Analyst

After a BA in maths at the university of oxford and an MSC in finance from imperial College Business School, She started out her career in investment banking as an analyst focusing on the forex and crypto sector. Through her role She came to learn of Capital xfunds as a market leader in the sector and sought to join the company. She was appointed the chief investment analyst in 2020.
